PHOTO/VIDEO POLICY

We may take photographs and videos during the events and parties we attend to capture the atmosphere and special moments.

 

Your privacy and comfort are very important to us, especially when it comes to children. We will always ask the present parent or caregiver for verbal consent before taking any photos or videos of anyone under 18 years of age. If verbal consent is not given, we will absolutely respect that, no photos or videos will be taken.

 

By booking with us and providing verbal consent, you and your guests give permission for the attending artist to use these images for promotional purposes. This may include (but isn’t limited to) website, social media platforms, press features, and printed marketing materials (flyers, cards, etc).

 

Once consent is given, we’re happy to provide further details and links to our policies for your peace of mind.

 

If you’d prefer not to have any photos taken, please let us know before the event or upon the artist’s arrival, we’ll gladly ensure that no photos are captured at your event or of specific individuals.

 

You’re also welcome to change your mind at any time. Please reach out to us, and we’ll promptly remove any images of you or your little ones from our website and social media. If your images have been used in printed materials, we will replace them as soon as possible.

 

Please note, while we take every step to respect your wishes, we can not take responsibility for images that you have given consent for previously and were already shared where it may have been saved, edited, or reshared by third parties. In such case, we will remove your requested images from our platforms, however if the images are already saved, edited, or reshared by third parties, it would be out of our responsibility.
